At Anandita Singh Prét, every piece is thoughtfully crafted with attention to detail and quality. Since most of our outfits are made to order, we request customers to review product details carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We do not offer returns on customised, made-to-order, or sale items.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only accepted in case:

• Wrong item received
• Size issue (subject to availability)
• Damaged product received

To request an exchange, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear images/videos.

Custom Orders

Customized outfits are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges for exchanges, if applicable, must be borne by the customer.
