All orders are carefully packed and dispatched from our atelier with utmost attention to detail.

Domestic orders are usually delivered within 5–10 business days, depending on the design and customization requirements. Custom and made-to-order pieces may require additional processing time.

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, unforeseen circumstances, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
